The CSQUID (Apple+micro) is the world's first Universal USB data cable and standby charger (Patent pending) that is able to connect a USB port to the next generation micro-USB connectors (like Blackberry, Nokia, Google, Kindle, HTC and Samsung) or to Apple products. The included micro-to-mini USB adapter also supports current generation devices (like Blackberry Bold 900, cameras and GPS units). The CSQUID comes with 2 operational settings - 'Green Chg' and 'Sync Chg' - that are set with a sliding switch. In the 'Green Chg' mode, cutting-edge technology enables the portable device to be charged even when the PC is in STANDBY, thereby eliminating the inconvenience of having to wake your PC just to charge your device. Standard USB cables supplied by the portable device manufacturers require the PC to be turned ON in order for charging to be initiated. The 'Green Chg' mode also eliminates the need for synchronization phone software otherwise required to charge your devices. This frees the road warrior to use any PC without fear of resetting either his device or the host unit settings. In the 'Sync Chg' mode, the CSQUID acts like the manufacturer's cable, allowing the PC to both charge and synchronize data with the host PC when it is ON. The CSQUID multiple connectors and combination of 'Sync Chg' and 'Green Chg' eliminates the need for all other cables.Some devices do not allow charging via the USB port if the battery is completely depleted - the CSQUID will charge even depleted cells without the use of a wall power adapter.
